Cancellation Policy
The Boujiee Academy is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a seamless experience when engaging with our services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy & Cancellation Policy. We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and payment details, along with technical data like IP address and browsing behavior. This information is used to enhance our services, process transactions, communicate with you, and ensure security. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operations, marketing, or payment processing. Your data is safeguarded through industry-standard security measures, though we cannot guarantee absolute protection due to the nature of online transmissions. You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information. Additionally, you may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, with updates posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. To cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring additional fees, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for rescheduling, and the payment will be forfeited. No-shows or failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee, with no refunds issued. Done-for-you services and package cancellations made after work has begun will be subject to a non-refundable deposit and a prorated charge for work completed. Full cancellations for package services must be requested within 24 hours of payment for a partial refund, minus administrative fees. Rescheduling is permitted at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Multiple last-minute cancellations or reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your payment and appointment. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
