Cancellation Policy

The Boujiee Academy is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a seamless experience when engaging with our services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy & Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for rescheduling, and the payment will be forfeited. No-shows or failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee, with no refunds issued. Done-for-you services and package cancellations made after work has begun will be subject to a non-refundable deposit and a prorated charge for work completed. Full cancellations for package services must be requested within 24 hours of payment for a partial refund, minus administrative fees. Rescheduling is permitted at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Multiple last-minute cancellations or reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your payment and appointment. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
