To cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring additional fees, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for rescheduling, and the payment will be forfeited. No-shows or failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee, with no refunds issued. Done-for-you services and package cancellations made after work has begun will be subject to a non-refundable deposit and a prorated charge for work completed. Full cancellations for package services must be requested within 24 hours of payment for a partial refund, minus administrative fees. Rescheduling is permitted at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Multiple last-minute cancellations or reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your payment and appointment. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
